How do artist levels affect pricing?

Our artists progress from Junior to Lead, Senior, Master, and Creative Director as their training and demand grow. Pricing reflects each level — you choose the experience that fits you, and every level delivers the Elite ritual: consultation, tailored shampoo, scalp massage, and finished styling.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We reserve your appointment exclusively for you. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the service; missed appointments for facials and services over 45 minutes are charged in full. A card on file is required to book.

Do you take walk-ins?

We're glad to welcome you when a chair is open, but appointments are strongly recommended — evenings and Saturdays book out well in advance.

Are you open Sundays?

We open on selected Sundays — one of the few salons in Bergen County that does. Check the booking calendar for upcoming Sunday availability.

Wella Professionals and Davines for color; Milbon and Kérastase for treatments; Sothys, Biologique Recherche, and Valmont in the spa. Our boutique also carries Oribe, Shu Uemura, and Nutrafol.

Do you offer bridal packages?

Yes — a private bridal-party suite, trial sessions, and packages for parties of six or more, with airbrush makeup available. Reach out early; wedding season books quickly.

Yes, complimentary parking is available at our Route 17 South location in Hasbrouck Heights.

Do gift cards expire?

No. Elite gift cards never expire and can be used toward any service or boutique purchase.
